Consultancy for the Enhanced Water Quality Monitoring Programme

This consultancy service is to develop a sampling mechanism and methodologies to randomly select a number of potable accounts and systematically determine a required number of alternative sample point(s) in the vicinity of the target site (i.e. neighboring unit) so as to ensure that the integrity of the random programme and sufficient random samples are collected to meet the monitoring requirements for enhancing water quality.
