Customer Satisfaction Survey on Licensing Services Provided by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department

The purpose of the survey was to determine the satisfaction level of customers who applied for the food-related licenses through Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. The effectiveness of the improvement measures imposed by the Government was measured with an aim to identify areas where further improvements are required. Over 800 telephone interviews were conducted in 3 months and with a 75% response rate.
