The Study aimed to examine the perceived language gaps between the competencies of employees aged 20-29 and the level of language competencies expected by employers for their employees. A total 102 employers and 1 001 employees participated in the survey and a total of 40 employers and 20 employees were interviewed through in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.
