Present Provision of Consultancy Services for the Reviews of the Continuing Education Fund (CEF)

The objective of the consultancy services was to review the scope, operation and coverage of the CEF scheme. A literature review of 5 economies, telephone survey with 600 applicants, 542 claimants and 1002 other learners, and a number of focus group discussions and in-depth interviews with 250 stakeholders were conducted.
