To provide insights to the Housing Society as to how far they have achieved the their vision, this tenants’ survey is intended to be carried out to examine whether and how tenants aspire living in a socially sustainable estate; to gauge tenants’ views and opinions on property management services; and to make relevant suggestions for the identified areas of improvement where appropriate.
