WSD intended to enhance its water quality monitoring programme by taking random samples at consumers’ taps over the 18 District Council Districts. This consultancy service is to develop a sampling methodology to ensure that sufficient random samples are collected to meet the monitoring requirements; and provide statistics and reports to the enhanced programme.
