There are two main objectives of the Research. The first is to provide an overview of the SDU situation and to estimate the territory-wide total number and distribution of SDU and the population living therein. This is essentially a quantitative research. The second is to provide detailed arguments for and against tenancy control of SDU and the corresponding plan of actions. This is largely a qualitative research, supported and substantiated with quantitative data.
